Entrepreneurial Experience

Each member of the investment team at Creandum has started companies or been part of successful startups. Running a newly established business is very different from being employed in larger, established organizations where a pay-check is certain to reach every employee, every month whatever happens.

To survive as an entrepreneur, you have to be able to sort out all the challenges on your own with the scarce resources you have available. We believe that having this experience ourselves, we are more able to actively support our entrepreneurs in both their operational as well as strategic efforts to succeed.

Before we invest, we always try to align the interest of all shareholders in a common Ownership Plan to make sure that we have a mutual understanding of where we are going and the main steps to get there. The Ownership Plan is regularly adjusted as we move forward and gain more knowledge and experience in the business.
