The Creandum funds are managed by a legal entity called the General Partner, who is supported by a Board of Directors who are responsible for all investment decisions. This General Partner is responsible for all investment and divestment decisions during the life of the fund, and invests alongside the investors in the fund, which are called Limited Partners.
Supporting the General Partner’s Board of Directors is the Investment Advisory Company. This company provides recommendations to the General Partner through an advisory agreement.
Investment returns are distributed among the Limited Partners and the General Partner. The Advisory Company receives a market-based fee payable by the General Partner for advice provided on investments, sourcing, and other areas.
Each fund has it’s own governance guidelines.
