Staffan has long experience from the venture industry and brings significant company building experience from the many ventures he has been associated with.
He also has extensive international management experience from McKinsey & Company, Procter & Gamble and IKEA, in Europe, USA and Asia. Staffan was previously a founder and Managing Partner of Startupfactory.
Staffan holds a B.Sc. in Managerial Economics from Lund University and is also Kauffman Fellow.
Staffan works with Edgeware, Norstel and Xtract, and is the Chairman of the board of Nordic Venture Network.

He is Former CEO / Managing Director of Return A/S, later WM-Data Stavanger Ambrasoft A/S in Norway and Denmark Olivetti AS in Denmark.

Johan is an experienced entrepreneur and investor in technology and growth companies.
Recently, he spent more than 4 years as a General Partner at Balderton Capital (previously Benchmark Europe) working with investments such as LiveBookings, Habbo Hotel, Rebtel, Zopa and others.
Prior to joining Balderton, Johan has been involved in building several successful companies as an entrepreneur, investor and board member, such as Jobline, E*Trade Nordic, DIBS and Tradera. Johan has also held various executive positions with the Kinnevik Group and MTG, and spent 10 years with the ABB Group in various executive positions.
Johan holds a M.Sc. in International Business from Stockholm School of Economics.

Daniel brings solid start-up experience from the software and telecom industry.
Prior to joining Creandum, Daniel was Vice President Marketing at Ascade and was part of developing the company from a small consultancy firm to an international software company. He has also worked for Volvo IT in Great Britain and Gulf Agency Company in Dubai.
Daniel holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management - International from Linköping Institute of Technology and EPFL in Lausanne and an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.

Carl is a former media and consumer internet entrepreneur turned VC.
Before joining Creandum Carl was part of multiple startups amongst other co-founding the ad network AdProfit. Prior to his startup journeys Carl worked in management consulting for around 4 years in the Nordics, Baltics and the US.
Carl holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration and Finance from Uppsala University and a is also a Finalist of the venture network Society of Kauffman Fellows.

Åsa has experience from the two sides of a start-up - the investment side and the entrepreneurial side.
She has previously worked as CFO at Real Venture Group, a Swedish early-stage venture firm. Her engagement as controller in Dressmart, an e-commerce venture, as well as running her own CFO-for-hire company has given her thorough understanding of the entrepreneur's day-to-day challenges.
Åsa holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Human Resource Development from the University of Stockholm.

Anders Lidbeck

During his period as CEO of Telelogic, Anders took the company public and increased the company's revenue five times and its profits more than 100 times.
Prior to his engagement with Telelogic, he has a background within Nokia and ICL, among other positions he was the Managing Director for ICL Direct Benelux and VP Sales & Marketing ICL Industry Systems Europe.
Anders holds several board positions with listed companies, among others as Chairman of the board at Enea and as board memeber of Scalado and Vizrt.
Sören Sjölander

Sören Sjölander, Professor of Innovation Engineering and Management at the School of Technology Management and Economics (Chalmers University of Technology), is one of the most prominent personalities within the entrepreneurship and innovation arena in Scandinavia.
He is the co-founding vice chairman of Chalmers Innovation, co-founder of Chalmers Advanced Management Programs, Chalmers Invest and Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship among others. Sören's research covers strategic management of technology, innovation management and entrepreneurship. Sören is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and on the board of several listed and unlisted companies.

Hjalmar is one of the Nordic region's most successful and experienced serial entrepreneur.
During the 90's Hjalmar co-founded Pedal and Sendit, with the latter one being sold to Microsoft for SEK 1.3 billion. After spending a few years at Microsoft as the General Manager for its' mobile internet business he founded the teleco company Rebtel, where he still serves as Chairman. More recently Hjalmar acts as an advisor to the Swedish private equity house EQT and is co-founder of the music startup Epidemic Sound.
Anil Hansjee

Anil was recently Head of M&A for Google EMEA leading deals for over $230 million. Covering the period since leaving Google in June 2011, the 5 year period at Google and the 4 years prior as a venture capitalist with IDG Ventures he has been an active startup advisor/investor in companies such as FON, Worldflow.net, Digital Vega, dotMobi (sold to Afilias), Lionhead (sold to Microsoft), Ubiquisys, Mobile Planet, Shazam, Namaste.vg, RollUp Media, Sine Wave Company, Badoo and Zattikka, as well as an LP in seed VC funds Seedcamp II LLP and 500 Startups LP.
He is currently an Advisor to the private equity funds EQT, MCI (Poland) and Creandum (Sweden).
