Suna is our Regulatory and Compliance Manager, based in Stockholm. She is responsible for finding compliant solutions to enable building the future of Creandum.
My father emigrated from Turkey to Sweden when he was 17 to create a better future for both himself and his future family. My sisters and I were raised with the belief that everything’s possible, as our parents instilled in us the philosophy of perceiving challenges not as impediments but as prospects.

When I started my career at Nordea, the largest financial services group in the Nordic region, I experienced what impact you can have by investing in companies and being a valuable shareholder to help and cheer from the sideline. During my time as a consultant, I quickly realized that I derive great joy in continuously meeting new companies, tackling new projects, and being confronted with questions that had no immediate answers.

I was taught that declaring something unattainable was the surest way to ensure its impossibility. For me, there is never a solitary route to a particular objective. I never take no for an answer. I love the challenges when you actually wish you knew the way forward, but you may only know 50% of the required knowledge and must forge ahead, discovering the way while in motion.
As part of the Creandum family, I am eager to flatten the regulatory path to build the future of the firm.
In my leisure hours, I delight in spending quality time with family and friends, going skiing, and exploring diverse forms of art and cultures. When on travel, my boyfriend and I always seek out guided tours of exhibitions to gain a deeper understanding of the artists behind them. Witnessing the enduring beauty of art and the ability to create something with lasting impact never ceases to captivate me.
